Freedom of Information act (WOB)

We did a WOB request a few months ago, below see the letter of intent between OLB and Bonaire Properties.

One of the things standing out in the letter of intent is that it seems that the developer has a dominant position in the decision-making processes:

Bonaire Properties’ consultant Metafoor is the writer of the letter of intent
For already decades OLB uses consultant Rho for their zone planning, but for no obvious reasons to us the OLB chose to let the developer go ahead with Metafoor to make the zone plan for Plantation Bolivia.
The steering committee as well as the project group are chaired by the developer.
